Watercolor Lennon

It's not that bad for a first attempt, but if you wouldn't mind some constructive criticism - I think the paint is perhaps a bit too thick. With watercolours I find it looks better if you use a lot of water as a base colour, and then if it's not dark enough you can paint over it again with more paint or a slightly darker colour. What kind of paper do you use? Special watercolour paper is better but sometimes even then it can soak through, so be careful with how many times you paint over a certain area. But by using more water, the brush strokes aren't so obvious and the colour is much neater.
